Not the right fit? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 14 days of delivery — no restocking fee, no penalty. Exchanges are subject to the condition of the returned bike at our discretion. To start an exchange, contact us at johnny@mokwheelstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • The bike must show no visible damage, wear, or signs of riding

  • Off-road riding, crash impacts, or modifications disqualify the item from return

💰 Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Example: A $1,500 bike returned in eligible condition would incur a $300 restocking fee, resulting in a $1,200 refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Mokwheel Factory Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
