Mokwheel Factory Store · Oregon’s Flagship E-Bike Dealer

The bike shop
that has your back.

We’re not hiring “staff.” We’re building a small team of operators who run their piece of the store like it’s theirs — now on W-2 payroll, with real benefits and pay that rewards how the store actually performs.

Now hiring 3 roles · full & part-time W-2 + benefits $20–26/hr base + commission & bonus Tualatin & Eugene, OR

Mokwheel Factory Store is a small, family-owned shop with big brand backing — Oregon’s largest Mokwheel dealer and the official flagship store. That means the inventory, the support, and the reputation. What we hire for is the people who run it. Here are the three roles that keep the store moving, and exactly what each one pays.

★ We’re building partners, not just payroll

Everything we do here is aimed at one outcome: a store that runs so well, and is documented so clearly, that it can be picked up and installed anywhere — a business in a box.

Our dream is to go employee-owned: to give people a real shot at running their own store, building hard skills and judgment that can’t be automated out from under them, and eventually owning a piece of what they help build. Prove it here, and the next step is helping scout and open the next location.

1
Self-directed — you show up, own your outcomes, and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder.
2
Great with people — comfortable with first-time riders, daily commuters, and hardcore gear heads equally.
3
Mechanically comfortable — e-bike experience is a plus, not a requirement. Skill beats credentials.
4
You bring an idea — something that makes the store better, attracts riders, or grows the business.
5
You’re a believer — e-bikes change how people move, and you want to be part of that.
Our philosophy: the test ride sells itself.

Every customer who walks in gets a safety briefing, a helmet, and up to 30 minutes on the road. No pressure, no pitch — just the bike. Your job is to get them out there and make sure they come back. The best salespeople here are the bikes themselves.

Official flagship store — direct brand support, priority inventory, and resources independent shops don’t get.
Family-owned, fast-moving — no corporate layers, no bureaucracy. Good ideas get tried.
Growing market — one of the fastest-growing e-bike brands in the country. You’re riding the wave, not chasing it.
Mokwheel-only focus — one brand, done right, so the whole team gets deep instead of spread thin.
