★  Ownership opportunity

Hit your Year 1 goals and we’ll put a phantom equity agreement in writing — a real financial stake in the business that pays out when the business grows or sells. Hit your Year 2 goals and we’ll talk about actual membership interest in the next location you help open. We’re building partners, not just payroll.

1
Join as General Manager
Start earning base + labor commission + bike sales from day one. Run the floor, build the culture, hit the numbers — on a schedule that works for you.
2
Hit Year 1 milestones
Sales targets, service quality, store operations, and delivering a site shortlist for the next location. Meet them, and we sign a phantom equity addendum within 30 days.
3
Phantom equity vests over 18 months
5–10% phantom stake vesting quarterly. Pays out in cash on any sale or growth event — no legal ownership required.
4
Real equity at a new location
Prove yourself in Year 2, help open the next store, and you’re a candidate to hold actual membership interest in that LLC. We want partners who built it with us.
1
Experienced bicycle mechanic — e-bike background is a plus, not a requirement. Skill beats credentials here.
2
You show up early and stay until the job is done. Self-directed, no hand-holding needed.
3
Great with people — comfortable talking to first-time riders, daily commuters, and hardcore gear heads equally.
4
You bring an idea. Something that makes the store better, attracts riders, or grows the business. We want to hear it on day one.
5
You care about the community. E-bikes change how people move — you believe in that.
Our philosophy: the test ride sells itself.

Every customer who walks in gets a safety briefing, a helmet, and up to 30 minutes on the road. No pressure, no pitch — just the bike. Your job is to get them out there and make sure they come back. We log every ride with a waiver for follow-up. The best salespeople here are the bikes themselves.

Official flagship store — direct brand support, priority inventory, and backend resources that independent shops don’t get.
Family-owned, fast-moving — no corporate layers, no bureaucracy. Good ideas get tried.
Growing market — Mokwheel is one of the fastest-growing e-bike brands in the country. You’re riding the wave, not chasing it.
Real path to ownership — not a tagline. It’s in writing, with clear milestones and a timeline.

Ready to talk?

No cover letter. No formal resume required. Just tell us about yourself like a person.

1
A quick intro — who you are, where you’ve wrenched, what you ride
2
Your mechanic experience (shop, self-taught, anything — we care about skill)
3
The one idea you’d bring to the store on day one
