Got Questions?
Everything you need to know about buying, riding, and servicing your e-bike with us.
Test Rides
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. We let you take bikes home to ride in your own neighborhood, on your own hills, and on your own streets. You'll come back in a couple of days (or we'll pick it up). Nothing tells you more about a bike than actually riding it.
Yes! Even if you end up buying elsewhere, we recommend visiting any local dealer to test bikes before you commit. Getting your hands on multiple models gives you real-world feedback — feel, weight, handling in corners, hill performance — that no YouTube review can replicate.
In our experience, shops that won't allow test rides are usually dealing with low inventory or financial pressure. It's a red flag worth noting — a healthy shop with confidence in their product should always let you ride before you buy.
Buying From a Dealer
Four big reasons: test rides, expert knowledge, stronger warranty coverage, and hands-on service. Online companies can answer technical specs, but they don't see bikes ridden every day. We do. That real-world insight means faster problem-solving, better advice, and a smoother ownership experience.
We've sold e-bikes, scooters, one-wheels, and boards for years. We talk to other dealers in our network regularly, and our customers ride in every condition imaginable — commuting, hunting, trail riding, family use. That daily exposure means we've likely already seen (and solved) whatever you're dealing with.
Every bike is professionally built and inspected before it leaves our shop. You'll receive a full orientation, sizing, and we'll fit any accessories you need. We carry liability insurance and hold ourselves to a high standard — we won't let you leave with something that isn't right.
Warranty
You get two layers of warranty: the manufacturer's warranty plus our dealer warranty. We put our name and money behind every bike we sell, so if something goes wrong, we're your first point of contact — not a chatbot or a ticket queue.
This has happened to us firsthand. When a manufacturer went under, we covered warranty repairs out of pocket for our customers rather than leave them hanging. At minimum, we'll offer in-store credit equal to the purchase amount. You won't be stuck fighting a legal battle alone.
We handle things case by case. We've covered creek submersions, pond incidents, and quite a few other surprises. Obvious misuse (like a bike corroded from a year on the beach) is a different conversation — but 99% of the time, we find a way to get you back on the road and simply ask you not to do it again.
Yes — our bikes are 100% waterproof, which matters a lot here in the Pacific Northwest. Rain riding is no problem. Extended submersion or prolonged saltwater exposure is a different story, but everyday wet-weather riding is exactly what these bikes are built for.
Service & Support
Call or text us directly. You'll reach a real person faster than any manufacturer support line, and we can usually pinpoint the issue on the spot without asking you to submit tickets, photos, and documentation before anything happens.
Most likely not. If your bike is new and something isn't right, we'll take care of it. We'd rather get you back riding quickly than nickel-and-dime you on something that should have been right from the start.
Often, yes. Because we see these bikes in use every day, many common issues are immediately recognizable. Simple fixes can often keep you riding without even needing to bring the bike in — though bringing it in is always an option and usually gets things resolved faster.
Come talk to us. Even if you didn't buy your bike here, we're happy to answer questions, give advice, and assess service needs. We're a resource for the local e-bike community, not just our own customers.
