Before you drive over

Do I need an appointment to test ride?

No. Walk in any day we're open, Wed–Sun 10am–6pm. Sign the waiver, grab a helmet, and ride for up to 30 minutes. No appointment, no deposit.

Is it more expensive than buying online?

No. Same price as online. The difference is what you get with it: the bike leaves built and tuned by our techs, with fenders and a rear rack on (fenders only on Obsidian and Onyx), and service is ten minutes away instead of a shipping label.

How far is the store from Portland?

About 15 minutes from downtown. We're in Tualatin at 18041 SW Lower Boones Ferry Rd #3, just off I-5 near Bridgeport Village. Free parking out front.

What if I get it home and it's the wrong bike?

You've got 14 days with our Love the Ride guarantee. Ride it on your own streets and hills. If it's not the one, bring it back and swap models or return it.

Do you work on bikes I didn't buy from you?

If it's a Mokwheel, yes. We service Mokwheel e-bikes only, and all work happens in our shop. Drop it off and we'll text you when it's ready.
