- Ride it for 14 days. Commute, hit the trail, take it up the hills — really find out if it fits your life.
- Not the one? Bring it back within 14 days of delivery or pickup for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee.
- Prefer a different model? We'll help you switch to the Mokwheel that's right for you.
Why the 20% restocking fee
Full transparency: a returned e-bike can't be sold as new — there's return freight, inspection, and reconditioning. The 20% fee keeps the guarantee honest and sustainable so we can keep offering it. We state it up front so there are never any surprises.

Terms: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup. Bike must be in resellable condition (normal test-ride wear expected).
