Juiced E-Bike Service & Care
Mokwheel E-Bikes
Juiced Bikes
Built To Ride.
Juiced Bikes is a performance-focused e-bike brand known for high-power, long-range models and its signature high-capacity 52V battery packs, alongside 48V systems. Popular models include the RipCurrent, CrossCurrent, Scorpion, and HyperScorpion lines, spanning moped-style, commuter, and fat-tire builds with powerful hub motors, throttle plus pedal assist, and a mix of hydraulic and mechanical disc brakes. Riders gravitate to Juiced for range, speed, and a strong "fun factor," which also means the drivetrain, brakes, and battery see real workloads and benefit from regular service.
What You Get
Care & Coverage
Everything that keeps your Mokwheel rolling, backed by real people you can visit.
Battery charging
Charge the pack fully before longer rides and try not to let it fully drain. Juiced suggests recharging when it drops below about 60%, and definitely by around 30%, and unplugging once it hits 100% rather than leaving it on the charger for days.
Battery storage
Store the battery indoors in a cool, dry place, kept above half charge (around 50%) for the season. Recharge periodically during long idle periods, and avoid freezing, triple-digit, or high-humidity conditions.
Tire pressure
Keep both tires within their recommended sidewall range. Low pressure reduces range, can pinch the tube against the rim, and increases flat risk; adjust for terrain (higher for pavement/trails, lower for soft surfaces like sand).
Chain & drivetrain
Clean and lubricate the chain roughly every couple of weeks or whenever it is dirty or noisy. Clean with a degreaser, dry, then apply bicycle chain lubricant while backpedaling. Keep the derailleur clean and lubed for smooth shifting.
Brakes
Do a monthly brake check. Juiced uses several brake systems (four hydraulic, one mechanical), so confirm firm engagement, tight hardware, and adequate pad thickness. Replace pads when worn (Juiced flags roughly 1 mm), and use disc brake cleaner, not soap, on rotors to avoid squeal.
Bolts & connections
During deeper cleans, check and tighten loose screws, grease the headset and bottom bracket when serviced, and inspect motor cabling for adequate slack and intact wire wrap.
Cleaning
Always remove the battery before cleaning and do not reinstall it until the bike is fully dry. Hand-wash the frame, use a brush for stubborn grime, and dry connections after wet rides to prevent oxidation and corrosion.
Service intervals
Juiced recommends a routine professional tune-up about once a year, plus consistent pre-ride checks. Consider the battery near end-of-life when it holds under about 70% of original capacity.
