That’s not a limitation, it’s the reason we’re fast. We’re Oregon’s Mokwheel factory store. Every bike on our bench is a model we sell, assemble and ride ourselves, so nobody here is looking up a torque spec or waiting a week on a part. Common jobs are done while you wait, usually in under an hour.
Basalt, Obsidian, Tarmac, Scoria, Flint, Asphalt, Mesa — stepover and step-through. Warranty work included, handled directly with Mokwheel so you’re not chasing it yourself.
Bought your bike from us? Bring the rest of the garage on Sunday. Family and friends service day is for our customers’ other bikes, whatever badge is on them.
Riding something else you didn’t buy here? We’re not the shop for it — and we’d rather say so up front than keep your bike a week and hand it back half-sorted.

Service FAQ
How does the $49 deposit work?
You pay $49 online to reserve your appointment slot. When you drop off your bike, we diagnose it and confirm the service (Quick Tune $75 or Super Tune $150). Your final bill is the service total minus the $49 you already paid — so $11 remaining for Quick Tune, $101 for Super Tune. The deposit isn't a separate fee, just an upfront portion of what you'd pay anyway.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable (but transferable to another appointment if you can reschedule). We ask for the deposit specifically to reduce no-shows so we can keep spots open for riders who actually need service.
Do you service other brands?
No. We service Mokwheel bikes only — that focus is what lets us turn most jobs around in under an hour instead of a week. One exception: if you bought your bike from us, bring your other bikes in on Sunday. That’s our family and friends service day.
How long does a service take?
Most services are back in 48 hours. Simple work like tire changes or brake adjustments can often be done same-day if you drop off early. Bigger jobs (motor swaps, wheel builds) get a specific timeline when we quote it.
What's included in the Quick Tune vs. Super Tune?
Quick Tune ($75) is safety check, brake adjustment, drivetrain adjustment, chain lube, battery health check, and a test ride. Super Tune ($150) includes all of that plus wheel truing, chain install, tire and tube install, and brake pad install. Super Tune is what you want if your bike hasn't been serviced in a year or more.
What if my bike needs more than the tune covers?
We diagnose during drop-off and give you a written quote for anything above the tune price before we start. Nothing gets done without your approval. No surprise bills.
Can you diagnose battery or motor problems?
Yes. Battery health checks are included in both service packages. Deeper motor and electrical diagnostics start at $50 and get credited toward any repair we do. Some issues we can fix on-site; others require ordering parts and rescheduling.
Do you offer service warranty?
Yes — 30-day warranty on labor and parts we install. If something we did isn't right, bring it back and we'll make it right at no charge.
I bought my Mokwheel online — can you service it?
Yes. It doesn’t matter whether you bought it from us or direct from Mokwheel — if it’s a Mokwheel, we service it, warranty work included. We’re the authorized Oregon factory store, so claims go through us rather than you emailing support and waiting.
Is service also available at your Eugene location?
Not yet. All service is currently at our Tualatin location. Eugene customers can call ahead if there's a specific concern — sometimes we can help remotely, and if you can bring the bike up, we'll fit you in.
