How the battery works
Your second battery is reserved when you buy and delivered within 12 months of your purchase date. We’ll contact you when it’s ready to collect.
It’s matched to the bike this plan was bought with. We fit and pair it for you at no charge.
That short wait is the whole reason it costs less than buying one outright — we reserve them on our winter build so we can pass the difference to you.

Frequently asked
Can I add a plan after I buy the bike?
Plans are designed to be added at the time of your e-bike purchase — that’s when we can inspect and register the bike. If you’ve just bought and want to add one, talk to us right away and we’ll see what we can do.
Which bikes are covered?
Mokwheel e-bikes purchased from Mokwheel Factory Store. Our service bench is Mokwheel-only, which is exactly why we can turn your bike around quickly and stock the parts it needs.
How do I book a tune-up or a repair?
You get priority walk-in service — bring the bike in during store hours and show your plan. For bigger jobs we schedule you on our build days so the bike isn’t sitting around.
How many flats am I entitled to?
Unlimited, for the whole term. Tubes and tire swaps are covered — a flat should never cost you anything while you’re on a plan.
Is Rider Rescue really free?
Yes, within 3 miles of our Tualatin store, during store hours, for the life of your plan. Dead battery, mechanical failure, anything we’d cover — call us and we’ll come get you and the bike.
Is the plan transferable if I sell the bike?
The plan stays with the original purchaser and bike. It does make the bike easier to sell, though — a documented service history is worth having.
What counts as drop protection?
Incidental damage from a tip-over or a fall — bent handlebars, a cracked fender, scratched panels, minor frame damage. It doesn’t cover theft, deliberate misuse, or a high-speed crash. We assess every claim fairly and tell you straight.
Are wear items really unlimited?
Yes. Chains, brake pads and tires are replaced as often as you genuinely wear them out, for all three years. Ride hard.
What does the 2nd battery option include?
Choosing Plan + 2nd battery ($699) adds a second battery for your bike, delivered within 12 months of purchase and fitted free. If you’d rather have one today, add a spare battery with your bike at checkout for $100 off.
