How many bikes does it hold, and how heavy can they be?
The Mokwheel Car Rack carries up to 2 bikes, with a high weight capacity of up to 80 lbs per bike. That extra rating is the point — fat-tire e-bikes are heavier than standard bikes and can overload a typical rack. For best balance, place the heavier bike on the side closest to the vehicle.
Will it fit my fat-tire Mokwheel?
Yes. The trays accommodate tire widths from 0.79" up to 4.72", covering everything from skinny commuter tires to fat all-terrain rubber. It's engineered specifically for Mokwheel models and optimized for their weight and geometry. Bring your bike into either store and we'll confirm the fit.
Do I need to remove the battery before mounting my bike?
Yes — always remove the bike battery before loading it onto the rack. It reduces weight on the rack and protects the battery in transit.
What is it NOT compatible with?
- Not compatible with the Granite E-Trike hitch
- Not for use on front hitches, trailer hitches, or RVs/campers
- Do not use with a bike cover mounted
- Do not use with a 1-1/4" to 2" adapter
- Do not use with any hitch extension longer than 8"

No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell at the same price as the online store — on purpose. The difference is the in-store fitting and a local team you can actually walk in and talk to.
Do you offer financing?
