What does the basic tune-up include?
A complete inspection of all mechanical components and systems on your e-bike, with safety-focused adjustments for proper operation. We check brakes, drivetrain, shifting, wheels, and fasteners, and confirm overall bike operation — improving ride quality, braking, and shifting performance so your bike is ready for the road or trail.
How much does it cost?
The E-Bike Basic Tune-Up is a flat $75.
Which bikes do you service?
Mokwheel Factory Store services Mokwheel e-bikes only. As the authorized Oregon dealer, our techs are trained specifically on these bikes and use the right parts and procedures for them.
How long does it take?
Most basic tune-ups are completed same-day or next-day. We'll confirm timing when you drop the bike off — call ahead and we can usually reserve a slot for you.
Where do I bring my bike?
Portland area (Tualatin): our primary showroom and service center, open Tue–Sun 10am–7pm. Eugene: serving the Willamette Valley, open Wed–Sun 12pm–6pm. Walk in or call ahead — check our Contact page for directions.
