Talon Deadbolt + Disc Cylinder
Kryptonite's Talon deadbolt design eliminates the weak point at the chain-to-lock connection, and the disc-style cylinder is pick, drill, and leverage resistant.

Is the KryptoLok 995 strong enough for an e-bike?
Yes — it's built for exactly that. The 9.5mm four-sided manganese-steel chain and pick- and drill-resistant Talon deadbolt resist bolt cutters and common hand tools. With a 6/10 security rating it's ideal for moderate-risk areas and shorter stops; for high-theft city parking, always pair a chain lock with smart locking technique and, where possible, a second lock.
How long is the chain?
37.5" (95 cm) — long enough to loop your frame and a wheel to a bike rack, post, or your Mokwheel car rack. Bring your bike into the store and we'll show you the best way to route it.
What is the $1,750 Anti-Theft Protection?
Register your lock with Kryptonite and, if your bike is stolen while properly locked, Kryptonite's Anti-Theft Protection Offer covers your bike up to $1,750 (terms and registration required). It's a meaningful safety net on a $1,500–$3,000 e-bike.
What comes with the lock?
Two stainless steel keys and access to Kryptonite's Key Safe Program, which lets you register your key number for replacements. The chain also has a weather-resistant nylon sleeve so it won't scuff your bike's finish.
Can I pick one up with my bike in Portland or Eugene?
Absolutely. Add it to your order at either store — same price as online — and we'll fit it to your setup and help you register the Anti-Theft Protection. Portland (Tualatin) is open Tue–Sun 10am–7pm; Eugene is open Wed–Sun 12pm–6pm.
