What kind of e-bike is the Mokwheel Flint?
The Flint is a lightweight commuter electric bike — just 36 lbs on a 6061 aluminum frame, with full-size 700C wheels and a real Shimano 8-speed drivetrain. It's built for city riding and Portland hills, and it rolls out of our store with a fender and rear rack already fitted.
How is the Flint different from the Flint Pro?
The standard Flint uses a Shimano 8-speed chain drivetrain and starts at $1,399 — a lighter-on-the-wallet way into a quality commuter e-bike. The Flint Pro swaps in a Gates Carbon Belt Drive for near-zero drivetrain maintenance at a higher price. If you want real shiftable gears and the best value, the Flint is the one.

Can I test ride the Flint before buying?
Yes — free test rides are available at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene stores. Walk in, no appointment needed. Ride it and feel what the torque sensor and 8-speed gearing do on real Oregon hills before you decide.
Do I pay more than buying online?
No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell the Flint at the same price as the online store — $1,399 — on purpose. The difference is what you get for it: a bike that's professionally built and tuned, a fender and rack included, a free test ride, and a local team behind you. Same price, ready to ride today.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — 0% APR financing through Affirm, starting around $87/month on the Flint. Check your rate without affecting your credit score. Ask us in-store or use Affirm at checkout.
What does "ProBuild" mean?
Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store — normally a $99 service, free with your Flint. We torque every bolt, tune the brakes and 8-speed drivetrain, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.
What's your return / exchange policy?
You've got 14 days to return or exchange. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood and hills — if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.
Do you service the Flint at your stores?
Yes. Our Tualatin service center handles tune-ups, brake work, drivetrain adjustments, tire changes, battery diagnostics, and more for Mokwheel bikes. Eugene customers can schedule service too — call ahead to confirm availability.
What warranty does it come with?
Mokwheel's 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the frame and electrical components. As your authorized local dealer, we're your point of contact — you don't ship your bike anywhere or figure it out alone.
Is the Flint good for rain and Oregon weather?
It's built for it. The bike carries an IPX6 water rating and the battery is sealed to IPX7, and it comes with a fender fitted. Ride through Pacific Northwest rain and wash off a muddy detour without worry.
