We torque every bolt, align the brakes and spokes, set belt tension, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.

You've got 14 days to return or exchange, risk-free. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood and hills — if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.

Almost nothing — that's the point. No lubrication, no degreasing. Wipe it down if it gets muddy and check belt tension at your annual service. Gates belts typically last 3–5x longer than chains under normal use.
