Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store — normally a $99 service, free with your Flint ST. We torque every bolt, index the 8-speed derailleur, align the brakes and spokes, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.

You've got 14 days to return or exchange. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood and hills — if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.

Standard chain-drive care: keep the chain clean and lightly lubed (a quick wipe and a few drops of bike-specific chain lube every couple hundred miles is plenty), and bring it in for an annual tune-up so we can check derailleur indexing and cable tension. Nothing exotic — if you've owned a bike before, you already know the rhythm.
