The hardest part of your first e-bike isn't the price. It's the risk.
A $3,299 flagship fat-tire e-bike is a real investment. Buy one online and it shows up in a box with no one to call, no one to fix it, and no way to try it first. We build the fix into the purchase β every Onyx comes with three things free.
Ride It Before You Buy
Walk in and throw a leg over the Onyx β no appointment, no deposit, no pressure. Feel the mid-drive torque and full suspension on real Oregon pavement and trail. Helmet and orientation provided.

Risk-free, right here in OregonThe top of the Mokwheel lineup.
The Onyx is built around three ideas: serious power, total control, and all-day comfort. Here's how the flagship pulls that off.
1300W Peak Mid-Drive
A powerful mid-drive motor puts torque right at the crank for confident climbing and instant response β the drivetrain feels balanced and planted, on road or trail.
Full Dual Suspension
Front fork and rear shock soak up roots, gravel, potholes, and bike-path cracks. The Onyx keeps both wheels tracking so the ride stays smooth and controlled.
Up to 80 Miles
A 48V 19.6Ah battery (~941Wh) delivers up to 80 miles per charge. Long trail days and full-week commutes on a single top-up.
28 MPH Β· Class 3
Class 3 pedal assist tops out at 28 MPH β enough to keep pace with city traffic and cover ground fast on open Willamette Valley roads.
26" Γ 4.0" Fat Tires
Four-inch fat tires float over sand, gravel, and mud and add a cushion of grip and stability on every surface, in every season.
Quad-Piston Hydraulic
Hydraulic quad-piston disc brakes deliver serious, all-weather stopping power to match the Onyx's speed and weight. Wet leaves, gravel, steep descents β no drama.
Shimano 10-Speed
A 10-speed Shimano drivetrain gives you a wide, precise gear range β spin up climbs or stretch out on the flats with crisp, reliable shifts.
6061 Aluminum Alloy
A lightweight, durable 6061 aluminum-alloy frame is engineered to carry the motor, battery, and suspension without flex or fuss.
IPX4 Rated
An IPX4 water-resistance rating means Pacific Northwest drizzle and splashes are no problem β ride through the seasons with confidence.

What colors are available?
Three colorways: Blue/Black, Jungle Camo, and Brown/Grey. Come into either store and we'll help you find the right fit and finish.
Can I test ride the Onyx before buying?
Yes β free test rides are available at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene stores. Walk in, no appointment needed. Feel what the 1300W mid-drive motor and full suspension do in real conditions before you decide.
Do I pay more than buying online?
No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell the Onyx at the same $3,299 price as the online store β on purpose. The difference is what you get for it: a bike that's professionally built and tuned, a free test ride, and a local team behind you. Same price, ready to ride today.

What does "ProBuild" mean?
Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store β normally a $99 service, free with your Onyx. We torque every bolt, set the suspension, align and bleed-check the quad-piston brakes, index the Shimano drivetrain, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.
What's your return / exchange policy?
You've got 14 days to return or exchange. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood, hills, and trails β if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.
Where can I ride a fat-tire e-bike like the Onyx?
Just about anywhere β that's the point of the fat tires and full suspension. Streets and bike paths around Portland and Tualatin, gravel and trail across the Willamette Valley, sand and mud included. Always follow local rules for Class 3 e-bikes on shared paths and trails.
Do you service the Onyx at your stores?
Yes. Our Tualatin service center handles tune-ups, suspension and brake work, tire changes, battery diagnostics, and more for Mokwheel bikes. Eugene customers can schedule service too β call ahead to confirm availability.
What warranty does it come with?
Mokwheel's 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the frame and electrical components. As your authorized local dealer, we're your point of contact β you don't ship your bike anywhere or figure it out alone.
Where are you located?
Portland area (Tualatin): our primary showroom β full inventory, service center, and free test rides. Open TueβSun, 10amβ7pm. Eugene: serving the Willamette Valley, open WedβSun, 12pmβ6pm. Check our Contact page for directions.
