Yes — free test rides are available at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene stores. Walk in, no appointment needed. Feel what the mid-drive motor, fat tires, and full suspension do in real conditions before you decide.
Do I pay more than buying online?
No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell at the same price as the online store — on purpose. The difference is what you get for it: a bike that's professionally built and tuned, a free test ride, and a local team behind you. Same price, ready to ride today.
Do you offer financing?

What does "ProBuild" mean?
Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store — normally a $99 service, free with your Onyx ST. We torque every bolt, dial in the hydraulic brakes and suspension, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. It comes set up for real-world riding with fenders and a rear rack. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.
What's your return / exchange policy?
You've got 14 days to return or exchange — our "Love the Ride" guarantee. Take it home, ride your own trails and hills — if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.
Is the Onyx ST good for gravel and trails?
Yes. The 26×4.0" fat tires, full dual suspension, and 1300W mid-drive motor are built for mixed terrain — gravel, sand, packed dirt, and rough pavement. It's rated IPX4, so it handles Pacific Northwest weather too.
Do you service the Onyx ST at your stores?
Yes. Our Tualatin service center handles tune-ups, brake and suspension work, tire changes, battery diagnostics, and more for Mokwheel bikes. Eugene customers can schedule service too — call ahead to confirm availability.
What warranty does it come with?
Mokwheel's 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the frame and electrical components. As your authorized local dealer, we're your point of contact — you don't ship your bike anywhere or figure it out alone.
