What frame colors are available?
Two colors: Platinum and Denim. Come into either store and we'll help you find the right fit and get a feel for the fold.
Can I test ride the Slate before buying?
Yes β free test rides are available at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene stores. Walk in, no appointment needed. Ride it and feel the fat tires and pedal assist in real conditions before you decide.
Do I pay more than buying online?
No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell at the same price as the online store β on purpose. The difference is what you get for it: a bike that's professionally built and tuned, a free test ride, and a local team behind you. Same price, ready to ride today.
Do you offer financing?
Yes β 0% APR financing through Affirm, starting around $94/month. Check your rate without affecting your credit score. Ask us in-store or use Affirm at checkout.
What does "ProBuild" mean?
Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store β normally a $99 service, free with your Slate. We torque every bolt, dial in the fold latch and brakes, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.
What's your return / exchange policy?
You've got 14 days to return or exchange. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood and trails β if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.
How far can the Slate go on a charge?
The 48V 15Ah battery delivers 50β60 miles per charge depending on assist level, terrain, and rider weight. It's UL-compliant and IPX7-rated, and charges from any standard wall outlet with the included 48V 3A charger.
Do you service the Slate at your stores?
Yes. Our Tualatin service center handles tune-ups, brake work, tire changes, fold-mechanism checks, and battery diagnostics for Mokwheel bikes. Eugene customers can schedule service too β call ahead to confirm availability.
What warranty does it come with?
Mokwheel's 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the frame and electrical components. As your authorized local dealer, we're your point of contact β you don't ship your bike anywhere or figure it out alone.
