Ride It Before You Buy
Walk in and throw a leg over the low-step Tarmac ST — no appointment, no deposit, no pressure. Helmet and orientation provided.

Who is the Tarmac ST built for?
City commuters and urban explorers who want speed and comfort in one package. The low step-through frame is ideal if you'd rather not swing a leg over a high top tube — great in work clothes, with a pannier, or for riders who want an easy on and off every trip.
What colors and accessories does it come with?
Three colors: Gray, Yellow, and Red. Every Tarmac ST comes with full fenders, a rear rack, and integrated front and tail lights fitted and ready — set up for real commuting from day one. Come into either store and we'll help you pick a color.
Can I test ride the Tarmac ST before buying?
Yes — free test rides are available at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene stores. Walk in, no appointment needed. Ride it and feel what the torque sensor and low-step frame do in real conditions before you decide.
Do I pay more than buying online?
No. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer we sell at the same price as the online store — on purpose. The difference is what you get for it: a bike that's professionally built and tuned, a free test ride, and a local team behind you. Same price, ready to ride today.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — 0% APR financing through Affirm, around $106/month on the $1,699 Tarmac ST. Check your rate without affecting your credit score. Ask us in-store or use Affirm at checkout.
What does "ProBuild" mean?
Every bike goes through a 25-point professional build before it leaves the store — normally a $99 service, free with your Tarmac ST. We torque every bolt, align the hydraulic brakes and spokes, fit the fenders and rack, check all the electrical, and a supervisor signs off. You ride out on a bike that's ready, not a half-assembled box.
What's your return / exchange policy?
You've got 14 days to return or exchange. Take it home, ride your own neighborhood and commute — if it's not the one, come talk to us early and we'll make it right.
Is it good for rainy Oregon commutes?
Yes. The Tarmac ST is IPX6 rated and comes with full fenders and integrated lights, so it's built for wet Pacific Northwest mornings and after-dark rides. Hydraulic disc brakes give you confident stopping on wet pavement and leaves.
Do you service the Tarmac ST at your stores?
Yes. Our Tualatin service center handles tune-ups, brake work, tire changes, battery diagnostics, and more for Mokwheel bikes. Eugene customers can schedule service too — call ahead to confirm availability.
What warranty does it come with?
Mokwheel's 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the frame and electrical components. As your authorized local dealer, we're your point of contact — you don't ship your bike anywhere or figure it out alone.
Where are you located?
Portland area (Tualatin): our primary showroom — full inventory, service center, and free test rides. Open Tue–Sun, 10am–7pm. Eugene: serving the Willamette Valley, open Wed–Sun, 12pm–6pm. Check our Contact page for directions.
