Whether it's a dead battery, a mechanical issue, or something we couldn't have anticipated — if you're within 3 miles of a Mokwheel location and you're stuck, we'll come to you.

Coverage radius of up to 3 miles from our Portland (Tualatin) or Eugene location.
Applies to any covered mechanical failure, battery issue, or bike-related breakdown.
We'll transport you and your bike back to the nearest Mokwheel store at no charge.
Valid for the full 3-year duration of your ProBuilt Gold plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
ProBuilt Gold must be added at the time of your e-bike purchase. It's a one-time add-on designed to be bundled with your bike sale. If you're unsure, ask a team member before you complete your purchase — we're happy to walk you through it.
ProBuilt Gold is available with any e-bike purchase from Mokwheel Factory Store, regardless of brand. Whether it's a Mokwheel, a Rad Power, or any other bike we carry, the plan covers it.
Drop protection covers incidental damage caused by accidental tip-overs or falls — things like bent handlebars, cracked fenders, scratched panels, or minor frame damage from a tumble. It does not cover intentional misuse, theft, or crash damage from high-speed collisions. Our team will assess each claim fairly and transparently.
As a Gold member you get priority walk-in service — no appointment needed. Simply bring your bike to either our Portland (Tualatin) or Eugene location during business hours (Wed–Sun) and show your Gold plan. We'll take care of you right away.
Flat tire protection is unlimited for the duration of your 3-year plan. We'll replace tubes and swap tires as many times as you need — because getting a flat shouldn't cost you anything extra when you're covered.
Wear items covered under ProBuilt Gold include brake pads and chains — the parts that naturally wear out with regular riding. These are replaced as needed at no charge for the full 3 years of your plan.
Rider Rescue is available during our store hours: Wednesday through Sunday. If you're stranded within 3 miles of our Portland (Tualatin) or Eugene location, give us a call and we'll come get you and your bike.
ProBuilt Gold is tied to the original purchaser and bike. It is not transferable to a new owner if the bike is sold. However, this makes your bike more attractive to sell — buyers know it's been professionally maintained throughout its life.
All covered repairs are performed at our Tualatin or Eugene locations during business hours (Wed–Sun). If you experience an issue outside of hours, contact us as soon as we open and we'll prioritize your service as a Gold member.
