Full Professional Assembly
Handlebar, stem, seatpost, pedals, display, and every component installed to manufacturer torque specs with a calibrated torque wrench — properly, not just finger-tight.
Brakes, Wheels & Fasteners
Wheels trued, tires set to pressure, brake pads aligned and bedded, and a full fastener check across the frame. Nothing rattles, nothing strips, wheels track straight from the first pedal stroke.
Battery, Motor & Sign-Off
Battery, motor, display, throttle, and pedal-assist all tested; cell balance and capacity verified. Then a certified tech test-rides it and signs off — if it doesn't pass, it doesn't leave.

What is ProBuilt Assembly?
ProBuilt is our signature 25-point professional build and safety check. A certified technician fully assembles your e-bike to factory spec, torques every bolt with a calibrated wrench, trues the wheels, sets and beds the brakes, tunes the drivetrain, and tests all the electrical — then test-rides it and signs off before you pick it up. It's normally a $99 service, and it's free with any in-store bike purchase.
Do you assemble bikes other than Mokwheel?
Yes — ProBuilt is available for all e-bike brands. Rad Power, Trek, Specialized, Aventon, or anything else. Our technicians are experienced across makes and models, so you can bring in a bike you bought anywhere for the full 25-point build.
How long does it take?
Most ProBuilt assemblies are completed same-day within 2–4 hours. For a large or complex build it's worth calling ahead. We're open Wed–Sun at both our Tualatin (Portland area) and Eugene locations.
Can I bring a bike I bought online?
Absolutely. Bring it in the box or partially assembled — we'll handle the rest. Many customers come in with bikes purchased from Amazon, the manufacturer, or other retailers. We also check every component against the spec sheet, so if anything is missing or damaged we'll flag it right away.
What is the Ride-Ready Guarantee?
Every ProBuilt bike is test-ridden by a certified technician before you pick it up. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot at no extra charge. If you experience an assembly-related issue within 30 days, bring it back and we'll make it right at no cost.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. If you have a large or complex build, a quick call ahead helps us make sure a technician is ready for you. We're open Wednesday through Sunday at both our Portland (Tualatin) and Eugene stores.
